Venture360 | What to Expect From Tax Time Here at Venture360

Well, for starters, very little action on your part. Our team makes tax time a breeze. Review your fund and/or SPV profiles to ensure that everything looks accurate and up-to-date, then sit back and relax while we take it from there.

Your new Tax Reporting Portal will be available in February.

You will notice on this page that we will file an extension by March 1st for EVERY entity. This is just a best practice for our firm.

As long as we have all information needed, K-1s will be distributed by March 15th or earlier. Once approved, K-1s are directly distributed to investor profiles.

Check your tax page often to make sure there isn’t any missing information that would delay K-1s.

Final returns might not be filed with the IRS until sometime between March 15th and September 15th.

It’s always a pleasure serving you here at Venture360.

Kindest Regards, Your Venture360 Team
